This warranty provides surety of coverage starting from our client’s closing date. It provides clearly defined standards for defects in materials and workmanship for the first year. As a result, our clients have a clear understanding of what areas of workmanship are covered by this warranty.

2 Year Systems Warranty
This warranty provides surety of coverage starting from our client’s closing date. It provides clearly defined construction standards for defects in the distribution of electrical and plumbing, as well as mechanical systems for a full two years.

10 Year Structural Warranty
This warranty provides 10 full years of coverage for qualified structural defects from our client’s closing date. It protects designated load-bearing elements of the home caused by a failure that affects their load-bearing function to the extent that the home becomes unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise unlivable.
