We also offer full transparency during construction by providing two formal and guided walk-throughs so you can see the progress of your home and the materials used.
- Our walk-throughs typically include:
- Pre-installation walk-through: This guided walk-through occurs at the framing stage of the home, before drywall and insulation are installed. It allows you to see the home's structure, the materials used in construction, and some of the internal details that will soon be covered by the second layer. At this time, you can also check that the electrical wiring, outlets, etc., are to your liking.
- New Home Orientation: Once the home is built, we’ll walk through and make sure that every detail is to your liking. We’ll review the outlets, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, paint, etc. At this time, your new home is ready for you to move in!
