- Call us and set up an appointment with one of our representatives to get an idea of what you’re looking for and the side of town where you want to build.
- Choose one of our amazing lots and model homes located on the Eastside of El Paso, Horizon City, and West El Paso
- Set up an initial sit down with the Cullers Homes team.
- Work on your custom floor plan and blueprints
- Decide and approve a final design
- We begin construction!

- Come by for initial walkthroughs
- Approve the final walkthrough once the construction is completed

What is the Building Process Like?
Cullers Homes offers the ultimate value when building a custom home. With us, you have your own personal home builder ready to walk you through the process and assist in bringing your dream to life. At the same time, we offer full transparency during construction. We provide two formal and guided walkthroughs so you can see the progress of your home and the materials used.
Typically, our three walkthroughs will include:
- Pre-installation walk-thru: This guided walk-thru happens at the framing stage of the home and before drywall and insulation are installed. This allows you to see the structure of the home, materials used for building, and some of the internal details that will soon be covered up with the second layer. At this time you can also check the electrical wiring, outlets, etc are to your liking.
- New Home Orientation: Once the home is built, we’ll walk through and make sure that every detail is to your liking. We’ll review the outlets, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, paint, etc. At this time your new home is ready to move in!
